Aileen Baraceros-Morales is a licensed real estate broker and certified digital marketer with extensive experience in the sales and marketing of real estate properties. As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Ph1 World Developers Inc., she has successfully led numerous sales and marketing campaigns, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.

In addition to her real estate expertise, Aileen is also a member of the Board of Trustees from 2016 to 2019 and 2021. Currently, she is now the VP of MIS of REBAP Greenhills, where she advocates for the professionalization of the real estate industry and applying the latest trends in lead generation strategies. She was the Head of Finance of NorthPine Land Inc.  for 10 years before deciding to shift her career to real estate in 2013.  She is a firm believer in the importance of self-love and continuous learning, as evidenced by her commitment to personal growth and development.
